Note to self:   Milk and chocolate milk make a great recovery beverage.  Drinking 4 glasses of milk will cause discomfort if you are lactose intolerant, not matter the recovery benefit. 



Oppsies.

T and I went for a nice long 2 hours run last night.  Made it just under 13.1.  Took my first ice bath in a year.  Felt wonderful.

New job, New boots

Accomplishments this week:

-started new job: Not law related at all but no asthma
- 90 min run before work Thursday: made it 9.5 miles in the pouring rain
- swim during lunch: it was a short swim, so it was possible. Wish I could do this more often but I'm too slow to swim and change within an hour.



I got my "Jayme passed the Bar boots" yesterday. Yay
