Note to self:   Milk and chocolate milk make a great recovery beverage.  Drinking 4 glasses of milk will cause discomfort if you are lactose intolerant, not matter the recovery benefit. 


T and I went for a nice long 2 hours run last night.  Made it just under 13.1.  Took my first ice bath in a year.  Felt wonderful.
